WHAT IT IS:
This is a GT3 Lower Control Arm SHIM - Used to increase negative camber and track beyond the -1.8 degrees that can be achieved with stock suspension.
QUANTITY:
One 1 MM Shim (sold individually)
APPLICATION:
Type 986 Boxster 2.5-liter, 2.7-liter 1997-2004, Type 996 1999-2005, Type 996 GT3 2004-2005.
COMMENTS:
By adding shims between the inner and outer control arm, you can adjust camber far beyond the capability of the stock suspension, for improved tire contact and better handling. You will probably want to start with two 7mm shims per side (front) to reach the typical target of -3.0 degrees (+/- .2 degrees) . Not approved for BSX class at this time. Approved for BSR class, front suspension only.
