Radiator, Behr, Boxster (986) 911 (996), FRONT RIGHT

WHAT IT IS:

This is a first-quality brand-new Behr radiator that is an OEM replacement for the passenger side unit.

QUANTITY:

One front right (passenger side) radiator. Part #996-106-132-51

APPLICATION: 

Type 986 Boxster 2.5-liter, 2.7-liter 1997-2004, Type 996 1999-2005, Type 996 GT3 2004-2005.

COMMENTS: 

Unfortunately the front radiators are susceptible to shock and breakage because of their plastic end caps. The inside cap has a male protrusion that fits within a rubber bushing that mounts within the chassis. Shocks to the chassis transfer through chassis and can crack the plastic end cap right around the male fitting. We break a lot of these racing so if you don’t want to end your weekend early, you might think about carrying a pair – they are side specific.
